Bella Studio AI uses artificial intelligence to write text, choose designs and suggest images for your site. This policy, part of our Terms, sets out the rules for that content.

1. You own what Bella generates for you

Content Bella's AI generates for your site is Your content under the Terms. You may use, edit and publish it. Similar prompts can produce similar results for other people, so we cannot promise that generated content is unique.

2. Review before you publish

AI can be wrong. It may invent facts, get details out of date, or produce text that sounds right but is not. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it, and especially:

• prices, opening hours, addresses and contact details;
• health, medical, legal, financial and safety claims;
• claims about awards, certifications, reviews or results;
• names, quotes and descriptions of real people or other businesses.

3. What you must not generate

You may not use Bella's AI to create content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
• deceives visitors, such as fake reviews, fake testimonials or false claims about products;
• impersonates a real person, business or brand, or suggests an endorsement you don't have;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
• is hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually explicit, or sexualises minors in any way;
• gives dangerous instructions or targets a private individual.

We may remove content, or suspend a site or account, that breaks these rules.

4. Labelling

You do not have to label your site as made with AI. You must still follow any law that requires disclosure for specific content in your market, such as advertising or endorsements.

5. Your prompts and content

What you type into Bella and the content on your site are processed by our AI providers to generate results, as described in our Privacy policy. They may not use it to train their models.
