This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, used by [LEGAL ENTITY] ("Bella") in the Bella Studio AI app and on websites published with Bella. Nothing optional runs until you choose to allow it, and you can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences".

1. In the Bella app

We group cookies into categories:

• Necessary (always on): keep you signed in, remember your language and your cookie choices, protect against abuse, and report errors without your name or email. The app cannot work without them.
• Analytics (only with your consent): PostHog measures which pages and features are used so we can improve Bella. If you allow it, PostHog links this to your account.

Your choice is saved on this device for 12 months, or until we change this policy. Then we ask again.

2. On websites published with Bella

Bella adds no analytics to published sites. A site can include content from other companies ("third-party embeds"), which may set their own cookies or receive the visitor's IP address when they load:

• videos from YouTube or Vimeo;
• booking, ordering, scheduling and payment widgets, such as Calendly, OpenTable or Square;
• music players from Spotify, Apple Music or SoundCloud;
• maps that load map tiles from OpenStreetMap or Mapbox servers;
• Google reCAPTCHA, which protects forms from spam.

When a site uses any of these, visitors see a consent banner, and each embed waits behind a placeholder until the visitor allows it. Buttons that only open the provider's own website are not affected. A visitor's choice is saved for that site for 12 months, or until the site starts using a different kind of embed.

Published sites serve their fonts from Bella's own hosting, so no visitor data reaches a third-party font provider.

3. Changing your choice

Use "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of the Bella app or of a published site. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
